Life Well Lived was created to help you reach your goals through healthy, sustainable habits.

Diets don’t work. Period. They’re too restrictive and viewed as a short term solution. You want to shed fat and keep it off forever, right?

We developed a simple + sustainable approach to nutrition.

We take you back to the basics. That means ditching the diets and teaching you exactly how to properly nourish your body and satisfy your cravings without counting a single calorie or feeling deprived.

We’ll help you not only lose weight but change your mindset about food. Food is medicine and something you can truly enjoy! We’re here to help you create a lifestyle that lasts.

Helping you reach your goals with simple habits and easy nutrition

We like to say the Life Well Lived partnership traces its roots back to our junior high school hallway.

Noah and I met in front of his locker. But little did I know he had a crush on me from that moment.

Noah was shy and I was outgoing. In spite of his continued infatuation, we only went on one date before graduating from high school together. According to Noah, he mustered all the courage he had for that one date.

We reconnected the summer after college graduation. I was met by an older, more courageous young man who bore only a physical resemblance to the boy I knew in high school.

We went on a second date (six years after our first) and quickly fell in love. Fast forward to today, we’ve lived in three states, five cities, and have three babies. Now, we’re partners in life and business.

Together, we’re here to help women feel in control and confident by helping them create healthy sustainable habits.

About Kara

Hi, I’m Kara, certified nutritionist, busy mama to two little girls and one little boy, wife to my best friend, and a dark chocolate fanatic! So you know you’re in good hands!

I enjoy sharing nutrition knowledge, no-nonsense recipes, and wellness tips to show you how living a healthy life can be simple + easy + delicious.

I used to be addicted to diets. Before I learned what I now know I tried every diet and trick in the book.

I’d work out for hours trying to burn off calories then starve myself, counting every calorie and macro to achieve my target weight. Each attempt went the same way: I’d be hopeful at the beginning and end up disappointed and discouraged.

But now, I’ve discovered a better way: a solution to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s losing a few inches around your waist or developing a healthier mindset.

About Noah

Hi, I’m Noah, certified personal trainer, husband to Kara, and dad to three of the coolest kids you’ll ever meet. I’m a writer, content creator, and frequent guinea pig. I followed a pretty interesting path to becoming healthier.

In high school, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that led to a liver transplant at age sixteen. As a result, my health has always been a priority. But like many others, my idea of health was working out 5x/week, limiting fast-food, and consuming my post-workout protein.

As a liver transplant patient, I live with a suppressed immune system. Throughout college, I got sick at every change in season and at least once more in the middle of each. I also had skin issues, digestive problems, and was pre-diabetic.

I like to say I’m Kara’s first success story. Before we got married, I consumed at least 24 oz. of soda a day and ate my weight in cheeseburgers every month.

But after we got married, Kara put me through the same program she takes her clients. In our first year of marriage, I dropped over twenty pounds of fat, cut my sugar cravings, improved all my routine bloodwork numbers, and eliminated my adult acne.

Food is powerful and I want to help you see the life-changing benefits you can achieve through simple changes not complicated diets.
