Holly is a board certified physician in both internal medicine and nephrology in Columbia, South Carolina. After receiving a bachelor's degree in dietetics she graduated with honors from Michigan State University College Of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. In addition to her internal medicine practice, Holly is a nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and avid runner and triathlete.

She has completed four full Ironmans, twelve marathons, countless half Ironmans, olympic distance triathlons, half marathons, and numerous other road races.
