Are the recipes in the meal plans gluten-free?

Yes, all the recipes are gluten-free.

Are the recipes in the meal plan kid-friendly?

In my experience, my children enjoy all of these recipes. Many clients have said their children (even the picky eaters) enjoy the recipes as well.

Are the recipes in the meal plans dairy-free?

The recipes are mostly dairy-free. For the few that are not, you can easily substitute ingredients to make them dairy-free.

How much will I spend on groceries each week? 

Most women say they are actually SAVING money using my meal plans because they buy what’s on the grocery list, don’t overspend, and aren’t wasting food. I’ve asked a lot of women and most say they spend $135-$155 in groceries per week.

What ages do you work with in your private coaching?

I’ve worked with pre-teenage girls all the way up to women ages 60+ (and almost every age in between). Your stage in life won’t impact your success. After we have had a chance to discuss your goals we will develop a plan to help you achieve them.

Yes. You can either divide the recipes in half or plan on having leftovers. 

I travel a lot. Will the recipes in the meal plans accommodate my lifestyle?

Almost all these meals can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.

Will the meals from the meal plans be enough for my husband/boyfriend who eats large quantities?

Yes, my husband is a big eater and these meals are always enough to satisfy his hunger.
