I’ve been drinking apple cider vinegar now for awhile and I’m obsessed. It’s one of my favorite not so secret health hacks because it’s got so many health benefits. It helps balance blood sugar levels, enables you to absorb nutrients from food better, and even helps with weight loss. I’m used to the taste now so I don’t mind drinking it plain with a glass of water. But it definitely has a bitter, strong taste that will take some getting used to. But some days, I like to make a drink with it to really enjoy my daily routine.

Limeade Apple Cider Vinegar Mocktail
1 can sparkling water {like LaCroix}{or 2 cups cold water}
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: 1 tsp honey
Mix together and serve chilled.
